Satisfaction Guarantee

We appreciate your business and your satisfaction is very important to us.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, notify us within 30 days of the date of delivery to make it right.  

If a CD, DVD, manual or other product is defective or was simply shipped in error, we will replace the item at no cost to you. 

Returns 

Returns must include an invoice and be in saleable condition.  Be advised that due to the proprietary nature of the policy and procedure manuals, they are not eligible for return and full refund.  Products that are not eligible for return and refund include:

  • Products not purchased through Accreditation Resources
  • Products such as CDs or DVDs, etc., with cases that have been broken, damaged or opened,(or taken out of its plastic wrap), in any way .
  • Products such as CDs or DVDs, etc., with cases that have been resealed
  • Products that have been determined by Accreditation Resources to have been "opened" and is found to be without defect even if the return takes place within 30 days.
Cancellations
Orders for publications and products may be cancelled up until the time at which the order has been shipped.  After the item has been shipped, the return policy will apply.
